AIMS Exploratory Summit is a personalized professional development educator event for those involved with exploratory programming in DuPage County.
As exploratory classes provide an intentional creative outlet for students, this event allows innovation-focused educators to come together to share, problem-solve, and network alongside other like-minded peers and colleagues!
Bring your exploratory team, administrative team, or teaching partner for a day of engaging sessions by practicing exploratory educators, opportunities to collaborate with other experts in the field, and time to make plans with your team!

Meet our Keynote

Dana Curby is a dynamic Physical Education teacher and Department Head, at AIMS Network School, George Evans Junior High School. With over two decades in the field, Coach Curby has been awarded over $64,000 in Grant Funding to foster innovative practices in school buildings across the state. Earning a degree in Physical Education with a minor in Health Education from Illinois State University and serving on the IAHPERD Curriculum & Instruction Committee, Dana has committed her life to elevating the Exploratory Education, believing these courses and practices are how we truly reach the whole child. Supported by her incredible family, including two energetic young boys – ages 9 and 7 – Dana Curby is going to truly kick off our event with a BANG!
