At Mattoon Middle School, students have meaningful opportunities to take on leadership roles that build confidence and responsibility, while student voice and choice are central, especially in Essentials classes, where learners explore their interests and help shape their own educational journeys. With personalized learning at the heart of everything they do, they strive to meet each student’s unique needs and goals, creating a supportive and engaging environment!
